Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your access to FrontierBizUSA Inc's services is conditional on our approval. No legal agreement is in place until we confirm your access. FrontierBizUSA Inc may update these Terms at any time, with changes taking immediate effect once published on our website or otherwise communicated to you.

By continuing to use our services or site after changes are posted or sent, you agree to the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must discontinue use. We also reserve the right to reject applications at our discretion.

2. Overview of Services

The FrontierBizUSA Inc platform includes our site, streaming features, software, and all associated digital content (collectively, "the Service"). These Terms of Use, along with any related policies, govern your relationship with FrontierBizUSA Inc, 653 Meadows RD Apt 2, Jefferson, NH 03583, United States.

Using the Service signifies your agreement to be legally bound by these Terms. If you don't accept them, do not access or use the Service.

3. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are monthly and billed automatically unless cancelled. The fee amount is visible in your welcome email and account dashboard. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method.

Your monthly subscription starts the moment you subscribe to the service for a fee of $39.99. If you do not unsubscribe, the Service will automatically renew on a monthly (30 days) basis and you as the user give permission for a monthly charge / fee of $39.99 via your credit card to occur.

In the event of an unsuccessful recurring payment, FrontierBizUSA Inc reserves the right to apply a discounted membership rate, allowing you continued access to the Service. If this discounted rate cannot be processed successfully, an administrative fee of up to $3.00 may be applied to maintain your subscription until the full or discounted subscription fee is successfully processed.

All payments must come from legal sources.

Charges will appear on your billing statement as homecrft.com

Note: You are responsible for any internet access costs needed to use the Service.

4. Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 30 days of registration. Once approved, refunds (less applicable fees) will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method. It may take 3–5 business days to reflect on your account. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

5. Customer Support

Support is available Daily 8:00am to 8:00pm, EST. We may assist via email or phone at our discretion. Some support features may require third-party hardware or services. Additional help, if offered, falls under these Terms.

6. License and Content Use

You receive a limited, personal license to use our Services and view content for non-commercial purposes. FrontierBizUSA Inc may change how the Service operates without notice and without any guarantee of continued functionality.

Content may only be accessed as allowed in these Terms. You may not bypass security features or distribute content unless explicitly permitted. Availability may vary by region.

7. Proper Use

You must not misuse the Services. This includes avoiding unauthorized access, refraining from distributing malware, and not violating privacy or copyright laws. Content is strictly for private use; redistribution is prohibited.

8. Suspension and Termination

We can modify, pause, or end parts of the Service at any time. If your account is terminated for violating the Terms, no refunds or credits will be issued.

9. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel anytime through your account settings or by contacting us via phone or email. Once cancelled, service continues until the end of the current billing cycle. FrontierBizUSA Inc may also end your subscription at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials belong to FrontierBizUSA Inc or its partners. Unauthorized use is prohibited. Some content may be managed by third-party licensors, who retain enforcement rights.

11. Force Majeure

We're not liable for issues caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, internet failure, or labor disputes. Our obligations are paused during such periods.

12. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as-is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Use is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any resulting data loss or hardware issues.

13. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of New Hampshire, USA. Any disputes arising from your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the state of New Hampshire.
